Safety Policy

UNDERCOVER The Company will take all reasonable and applicable steps to improve occupational safety conditions, by utilizing appropriate experts and/or outsourcing, when needed, in all relevant activities. UNDERCOVER The company makes the following commitments:

• To create an occupational safety culture by encouraging the active participation of all employees, contractors and visitors within the scope of developing and supporting the measures to be taken to improve OHS
• Establishing and maintaining relevant policies, procedures, systems, information, training, promotion programs and organizational structures to support and deliver effective OHS practices within the organization
• To comply with all applicable OHS related legislation, regulations and standards
• Implementing risk and hazard management systems relevant to and appropriate to organizational risks
• Providing safe workspace and equipment for controlled work
• To provide appropriate OHS training for all relevant personnel
• Establishing an annual OSH program to improve health and safety in the workplace
• Allocate adequate resources to continuously improve OHS performance
• Provide regular health surveillance for employees
• Actively responding to and investigating all incidents and ensuring that injured employees return to appropriate work at the earliest opportunity through fair claims management and rehabilitation practices

UNDERCOVER The company will implement and maintain an OSH-MS that includes internal standards, policies and procedures as well as externally binding rules and laws. These standards will be monitored regularly to ensure integrity and effectiveness are maintained to facilitate continuous improvement in the business.
